What is the best way to store my Maria Elena pieces?

Your headpiece or accessory includes a soft luscious grey Maria Elena pouch. We highly recommend storing your beautiful piece in the pouch and then placing it in the luminous white Maria Elena box for safekeeping. We highly recommend avoiding any contact with hairspray, perfume, water, and other chemicals. 

Can anyone help with the styling process while choosing my accessories?

Absolutely, it’s our pleasure. You can fill out the “Ask a Stylist” form or dm us on Instagram. Our Fashion Director, Gisele Del Busto, is always available to help style all our brides.

How do I wear a veil with your headpieces?

You can most definitely wear a veil with any of our headpieces. For example, if you’re wearing a comb, we suggest you wear it over the veil therefore, it can truly stand out once standing at the altar. If you have more Styling Questions please fill out our “Ask a Stylist” Form.

Can I change the base colour and any of the other coloured crystals on my headpiece or accessories?

Our goal is for you to have the bridal headpiece and/or accessories of your dreams. So yes, you can choose the base colour which you will select before placing it in your shopping cart. As well as write any of the accompanying coloured embellishments you'd like to change.

What is the mixed metals option?

Mixed metals are when there is a different base with other metal options such as a silver base with other metal options.

Do you have any evening/fashion accessories?

Yes, in fact, we do have a fashion accessory line called ‘Moda by Maria Elena’.

How long does production take?

All orders placed with our retailers take 6-8 weeks to produce and ship. All Online Orders are processed and shipped within 3 weeks.

How do I determine the right size for my headpiece or accessory?

Most of our pieces are adjustable to fit comfortably. If you have specific sizing concerns, please reach out to us through our "Ask a Stylist" form or contact our customer service for personalized guidance.

Do you offer other earring post options?

We do offer other earring posts. If you don’t have a pierced ear, we can make any earring into a clip. Please be aware to email our Fashion Director if this is something you are interested in. Also, because the earring clip will make the post bigger there will be a slight change in size. This will be discussed once you email.

Can I request a custom-designed headpiece or accessory?

At this time, we primarily offer customization options within our existing collection. Feel free to reach out to us with your specific ideas, and we'll let you know what's possible.

What happens if my piece needs to be repaired?

Send us pictures and videos with different angles of the damaged piece to info@mariaelenaheadpieces.com.au. Once reviewed by our sales Director we will properly respond to your concerns.

When should I buy my headpiece?

We recommend purchasing your headpiece and accessories before your hair trial. This allows you ample time to coordinate with your hair and makeup team effectively, ensuring you're fully prepared for your big day.
